I am impressed with their customer service that goes beyond one's expectations. From the moment you place an order you are kept in the loop of the order till after it has been delivered. I just queried the fact that some of their seeds had not germinated (and it even could have been my fault) and they immediately gave me a voucher for R500 for my next order. Even that 'free' order has now been delivered with the sam exemplary attention to customer convenience and peace of mind. I am a satisfied customer.
