Instead of Seeds of prosperity, it's seeds of misery

My whole experience was tedious and caused more frustration than anything else. During the ongoing relationship I was told to move to another debt counselor as they will no longer offer debt counseling but when requested to get the instruction formally it never came because they knew it was a lie. Advising me to move to another counselor was just a way for them to get rid of me because they weren't willing to fulfill their end of the agreement. Fast forward to me paying everything off on my own, I requested a clearance certificate and got a certificate that doesn't reflect the debt that was paid up despite me furnishing them with paid up letters. I've queried it numerous times but still no response. All I need is the correct certificate and for the debt counselor to send the info to the credit bureaus and the relationship would be concluded. It's like having to extract teeth when they need to action out there end of the agreement. What a horrible experience!
