Sedora in Umhlanga

I wanted to buy a skin product from Sedora in Umhlanga. The business had this product advertised on their website. I called and messaged them for months asking if the product was available and they didn't get back to me. Eventually they told me that they have the product and I should pick it up (on a public holiday). I messaged the day before to confirm if they would be open and what time they would close and they confirmed that yes they would be open. On the day of picking the product up, I went all the way to their premises which wasn't near me. I sat there for about 3 hours, they were closed. No one responded to my messages or took my calls. When I complained on social media the owner tried to intimidate me by saying she would involve her lawyer ( despite the fact that my review is 100% true and factual) . I told her she wasted my time and my fuel and she said that would gladly reinmburse for fuel which she didn't ( I didn't ask her to reimburse me, she offered). Their customer service is appalling and they have no professionalism
