On the 15/01/2015 I accepted a quote from Sedna travel and paid them R3600 to transport 24 people from Cape Town to Stellenbosch and back for a wedding on the 07/02/2015. Following making payment I have been in contact with Subie Truter on multiple occasions to discuss my booking. On the 07/02/2014 at 10am despite receiving full payment Sedna travel emailed me to cancel my booking. They did not call to inform me and did not offer an alternative service provider. They also did not answer their phones until Monday morning despite giving me Subie's number as a contact. As of the 13/02/2015 they have still not refunded me. Due to their late cancellation I was forced to accept the first bus I could get at an additional cost to myself of R4000. I am totally appalled at their shocking service, lies and the fact that they have had my money for a whole month earning interest and have not proceeded to give me an immediate refund. I feel they should also cover the additional R400 I had to pay the second bus. They have behaved in a ******** manner and I would not recommend them to anyone
