Bad service

Went to this salon for a fade, first-time using it, the guy who was cutting my hair I told him what exactly what I want, he said he understand after he suggested another product that can make my waves more visible, after he washed my hair he didn't bother to use a dryer to dry my that was straight with no waves, when what he did he scurl that we never agreed about, now after I've paid R150 I have to wear a cap because I can't show people this disaster.
