Sold my classic car and kept the money

Sheridan has sold my Chevrolet and never paid me the money. He has been lying about the sale for the last six months. Always problems with the exporting and payments that have to come from over seas. Stay away. His latest excuse is that he has been liquidated but he refuses to tell me who I can contact to lodge a claim for what it is worth.
