Warranty

Hi,

I bought a boston suite (R50.000) in April 2016 (Menlyn branch), the sales man (Fez) and manager (Don't remember the name) at the time told me that the suite has 3 year warranty on the material (Stitches), and 10 (Yes TEN) year warranty on the frame. Now we have a problem with the frame (*****s are falling, Frame is bending) you are telling me that the suite only has 1 year warranty, which is not what I was told when I bought it, and I have proof of it, because it was fixed back in 2019 (and 2 more time before that) for free under warranty (Shane was the contact that time).
