We purchased a mattress and a bedroom suite from Sedgars Woodmead. With space being an issue the sales manager confirmed that we are able to return the dresser if it doesn't fit. This turned out to be the case however when inquiring about the progress of the refund, we were told that the manager undercharged us on the mattress (an unrelated product) which compensates for the refund on the dresser and therefore they will not be refunding us. Poor business practice and customer service.
