Sedgars Cradlestone - Terrible

We bought a TV Stand and a Coffee table (R12 000) on lay bye in November 2018, and the shop told us we will have our furniture as soon as we finish our lay bye, which we did. Fast Forward to 15 June, we long payed off the lay bye, and we keep getting empty promises as to when the furniture will arrive. It's been 8 months and no sign of our furniture, we keep calling the shop and we get the excuse "Containers haven't arrived as yet" .

We honestly feel ******, from such a Furniture Shop that is apparently meant to be so reputable.
