Second hand goods.

I bought two bedroom room suites from Estrand Mall on laybuy. Paid it both in full within three months. My deliveries were done a day after our agreement. Damaged and second hand bedroom was delivered to my house. Instead of getting an apology, I was offered a discount or refund that will take 7- 14 days. I never felt so insulted by this shop. I hope they do justice by paying my money in full. With such high prices and treating customers with no respect at all.
