Items purchased 4 weeks ago and still not received

We purchased items by Sedgars Woodmead over 4 weeks ago. We spent over R100k for all the items. There are still 4 items outstanding and every time i contact the sales person who assisted me he says he is still waiting for the item to be delivered and he will contact me back, which he never does.. I find this totally unacceptable. When we made the purchase we had to pay the money immediately and we were promised delivery of all items within 1 week. it is now 5 weeks later and we are still awaiting 4 items.
