Horrible Service Sedgars Springfield Park Durban

I ordered 6 chairs that cost me over R7000...my first time in many years that i am able to purchase furniture.....we opted to.collect then get there and the chairs are still at warehouse...the consultant Riaz did not at any point offer any follow up during this time or inform us of what was happening....so for me it was just about making a sale earning his commission and that's it.....so we went to collect only to find out that they are not ready and was promised a home delivery......delivery arrived following week with manufacturing defects on wood.....I showed these to the delivery guys and called the manager Lawrence said I should keep the chairs and that he would replace the defective ones when the next batch came through.....I followed up for a while and eventually they came through and replaced only 4 as the two they brought through also had flaws....this time the manager came with the delivery guys and I asked him if these were quality assessed before they came through and he said yes they were.....however the delivery guys confirmed otherwise so he was not being honest with me..he then complained about how much its costing him to deliver at my home!!!!!......Shocking!!!!...when I pointed out my concerns on the chairs he said if I was not happy then he would refund the chairs as most of them look like that.....I was appalled at his attitude and upset that he would treat a Customer in this way after spending so much on the chairs.....I really like some of the furniture pieces at this store but will never ever shop there again if that's how I am going to be treated .....I am still waiting for two more chair replacements since December 2019.......I would like to be compensated for my horrible experience with this store...
