Horrible service

Horrible service...I placed an order on Dec 21st.. received updates from the Courier Guy that the items were not handed to them for delivery. I've been calling Sedgars regularly for a week now and am told that someone will get back to me... I have even emailed them but to date I have no response on the status of my order.
