Horrible returns and exchange response

I bought a perfume gift set from them on 30 November 23 and I received my order 5 Dec 23. Then discovered the perfume bottle spray mechanism wasn't responding as it should, but leaked on my hand. Tried it the following day and same problem. Which I then reported to the store. They sent courier to collect next day 7th Decb23. On 8th Dec 23 they contacted me to find out what the problem was, which I explained. I was told they'll investigate. I haven't heard from them since, sent emails and whatsapp and no response. It's been already a week and no response. Horrible after sales. I wish they could refund me so I can buy elsewhere as I wouldn't have bought it if I didn't need it in this heat...really.
