HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

On 18 January 2023 I placed an online order which was a birthday gift for someone. I received my order on 20 January 2023, I was quite impressed when I received my order so quickly since I needed the item by 27 January 2023, when I opened my package the incorrect item was shipped to me (something completely different than what I ordered). I immediately sent an email that the incorrect products were sent to me. I logged an exchange request on 23 January 2023, until today I have not received any response with regards to my return. I have contacted the call centre, they make a bunch of promises but nothing materialises. This is completely unacceptable. The error is on Sedgars’s side and they have done absolutely nothing to assist or correct there *********** work. Do not order from this company, I have seem numerous complaints about exactly the same thing!! They do not offer any assistance and I had to purchase another gift resulting in a complete waste of money !!!
