Great after sales service!

Bought perfume/EDT for my fiancee. I ordered the 100ml. As it was a present, she saw it was 50ml, and thought that is what I bought her. after a month we discovered that she got the 50ml instead of the 100ml. I contacted Sedgars, explaining the situation (that she also has been using it, so cant be returned), and within 24 hours after oour last comms I got my refund of the price difference between the 50ml and the 100ml. Will def doing more business with them!
