bought a watch from Sedgars - not working from onset. Customer had to pay for watch to be send to Jhb to be repaired. They refused customers request to have it fixed in the Vaal area. Customer had to pay courier fees. After 5 times send to service sop in Jhb and warranty expired - Sedgars refused to take responsibility. Watch was eventually serviced and fixed by Mohammed at Jump street Vaal Mall - he pointed out that the coil was not working and he had to replace various parts. He pointed out that nothing was done by die service provider of Sedgars. I will never recommend them to anybody because they are not trustworthy at all.
