Customer service suck !!!!

I am very disappointed in the service one gets at your call center I have a simple request , but they just cannot seem to sort it out , I have to phone up and down after them I still I am no further!

On the 20th of January 2019 I emailed customer care enquiring if I can change my account from a 6months to 12months.

Precious Mahlobo asked me for my ID number which I provided , This was not helpful and she asked for my account number which I provided - she then informed me that I will be able to do so , but only after 6 months and that I should get in contact again after the 18th of February 2019 .

On the 19th of February I send a email again !!!

This time Albert Sithole send me a mail informing me that if I change to 12 months that I will not be able to change back to 6 months . I informed him that this is fine and they can go ahead , this was the 21st of February 2019 . On the 26th of February I have not heard anything and send another mail to Albert following up, still no-one rep**** , on the 6th of May I again mailed Albert , and this time Zandile Bianca Mthethwa mailed me back again the same thing if I change I cannot change back , I AGAIN informed them that this is okay and they can go ahead . Then on the 11th Lizzy Nethomboni mailed me AGAIN with the information I AGAIN informed them that they can go ahead and change the account.

Then on the 17th of March I got the same email that I got from Lizzy but this time Nonhlanhla Kunene . AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I said please GO AHEAD and change the account.

On the 25th of March I did not receive any feedback and I send a mail again !!! This time only to find out that they blocked my mail and I cannot mail them.

I then on the 25th spoke to a consultant as I phoned in , this consultant told me the account has been converted .

Last night on the 28th I went to Edgars so that they can check if all is in order AND guess what NOTHING has been changed ! This is now 3 months !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is ridiculous !

I want the sorted out today still !
