Couches

I bought couches at woodmead branch delivery was 20 November 2020, upon delivery after assembling I noticed scratches on the couches called 22 November 2020 Jerry Woodmead branch he promised to log a call for collection. I waited till April 2021 no collection what's so ever. Had to fight on the 8 couch was collected on the April18 couch was delivered fixed but scratches were still visible they returned with the couch that's when I called the branch and let them know that I don't want the fixed couch need replacement, Nombulelo called me that they will deliver the couch till to date I'm still waiting. Asking Sedgars to come and collect their couches and refund or replace my couch with a new one.
