I have experienced such amazing customer service from a lady by the name of Aakifah at Sedgars at the Vereeniging Branch. I needed an item urgently and without hesitation she immediately made a way to personally deliver the item to my doorstep, the same day. If that is not EXEPTIONAL SERVICE, then I don't know what is.
