BAD/POOR service

i will like to express my DISSAPOINTMENT on the service i have recieved in sedgars home springfield park.

i purchased a lounge suit on Friday the 18/10/2019 which they promise to deliver the following week since i was travelling over the weekend. on Monday i waited for their call, late at around 15h00 i called to find out about my delivery only to find out they do not have the colour i wanted on stock (yet when i purchased they said it was available) i have to fight with theme, finally we came to an agreement that they will Loan me a different colour Until Saturday. just a day before that suterday i was told the couch can only be delivered at the end of December!!!!! i will have to wait or take my money back!! in all this i am the one who was following up no calls or any update. they now telling me about waiting for 7-14 days for the refund (without a couch!!!).
