Appalling treatment

<p>Last year in May I reported what seemed to be a wear on a leather suite that I had purchased just over a year from Sedgars in Woodmead. The store told me it was just a leather coating that was coming off. After a lengthy struggle to have the suite fixed, it was only fixed after 3 months of reporting it, in August last year, taking them over a month to fix it. Subsequent to that, ie after the suite was recoated, the coating started to come of once again, mere 5 months after the recoating. Early in February this year I reported the matter. Once again I was treated with an indifferent attitude by the store manager, Ayanda, playing delay tactics every time I inquired about when are they going fix the suite. It's been over a month now (11 March 2017) since I reported the matter and there is no action from Sedgars. This is really appalling considering how much I paid for the suite and for an upmarket brand Sedgars is. All I want is to have my suite fixed as soon as reasonably possible.</p>
