GEMS medical aid members - don't use Sedation Connect - GEMS doesn't accept their statement

Sedation Connect are infuse anesthetic and sedation services. It costs R3800 which is a lot of money. The Dr was lovely and did the job well. The problem is they will not issue me the correct documentation I need to claim from GEMS medical aid. They just issue a statement - no stamp on it, nothing. I did an EFT to pay them since you don't actually go to their offices. See email from GEMS. They won't consider the claim. So I cannot get even a partial payment back. Will never use them again.
