Gate motors Claim ***

I never received such poor service from a company. I had to follow up numerous times after promises were made to phone me back. The contractor inspect both gate motors on the 3rd of February. After a few days without hearing from anyone I called Absa to confirm if report was submitted. Another few days pass and after following up with Absa again, they have paid an amount into my bank account after confirming that it is the amount of the quote minus R1000 excess. After 3 times that I had to follow up with SED partners, different stories were told. I have spoken to Basheera today and again promises made that Contractor will phone me. After following up again about 20 minutes ago, I was told the amount is not enough to cover the costs. When I requested to get the quote amount, Basheera hang up on me. I am past fed up and will report this company to Absa as well. Today is the 13th and the risk of getting hijacked are huge. Claim number: *** in name of Combrink
