Annoyed and disappointed

Good day ; I have had a similar experience with SED partners that all these previous reviews had ; (im with Budget Insurance) for my geyser claim. The contractors that come out is fine(that they sent); it is the administrative side that is rude and *********** Some person called Etienne. And i also asked that my quote be sent and i got a quote that could not even describe what the totals were for labor and materials separately; and when i requested that it be displayed that way; the company ghosted me and still im stuck without the work being done.
