Bad service!!

I had my alarm system upgraded by Securtec and after 3 days on site to install 4 beams in my garden my system was handed over faulty (Remote not working). I called but the cell phone was off and got no reply from the message I left. They did call me the next week with attitude to complain about the fact that I had not settled the account. No mention was made about the fact that my system was not working! Stay clear of Securtec!!!
