<p>Marcel at Securiworx installed my security system and I then refered him to a family member who hired him to install a security system for them. However shortly after installing I kept having to call him back for false alarms. Finaly when many months had gone by and he was still not able to get my system to stop giving false alarms, my family member infomed him that they did not want the same issue and therefore did not want the same sensors which had not even been installed yet. </p> <p>Marcel refused to refund the sensors and the matter has now gone to the lawyers. The last correspondance was a bill from him trying to claim for equipment which has not even been installed and 600 hours for quoting and admin labour. </p> <p> </p> <p>Be warned Marcel has still not managed to get my system to work I now have to get another technician to fix.</p>
