Regret doing business from the start

On their website [URL Removed] I was looking for a wireless router, I found one and wanted to order it but to my surprise it was discontinued since Jan of this year as per the sales person. Is still advertised on the website. I then agreed to buy a more expensive one, there was no initiative to find the one advertised or some thing with the same price. I was disappointed with the service but got over it. I then paid the full amount into their bank account as requested. The product wasn't working for what i needed it to do, i then proceeded to contact the sales man again to return the product, he said he would take it back but with a 30% handling fee, even though i wanted another more expensive product in return, once again i agreed. Once again on the website found a product but it was also as the first. So they wanted to sell me a more expensive one again. This time i had enough. i asked that the refund for the first be paid into my account and that i would find a different supplier. Which i was then told that they cannot refund has to be in store exchange. They took my money with a smile but now due to very bad service they wont refund me. Totally unacceptable.
