Kobus Janse Van Vuuren, the owner i of the store mentioned above in Athlone Park, Warner Beach Amanzimtoti in Durban south coast has done some pretty good work for me before and we had a good rapport untill this time around. He sold me AI security cameras he swore by that they were an excellent upgrade since my old system got striked by lightning after almost 3 months of him still fiddling with the system, i got fed up with him cos i had given him more than enough time to trouble shoot and fix the issues he created by being greedy and *********. He sold me a security system he had no clue how to install and operate by his admission after he had made a mess of it and he realised hiw uoset i was and i had demanded a return of the product and a refund and he utterly refused anf promised to fix the problems. Only to find out i had paid him almost R30K for a system that easily cost no more than R5-R8K, after confronting him he decided to block me, now im stuck with a system that partially works with gliches i now have to pay another company to come and fix and he decided to AWOL instead of being honest and fix the problem. Desperation and greed got the best if him, im so disgusted by his behaviour. Kobus Janse Van Vuuren ****med me and Ill be suing him to recover what he has ****ed me with. R30K worth of a product that 9/10 times is offline and one of the 3 cameras installed hasn't worked since 2 days after being installed and its been 3 weeks with the new cams and 3 months since he started installations of inky 4 cams and deinstallations.
