Provident fund

Goodday, My husband contributed for 6years to the Provident Pension fund. However he got retrenched on 15/12/2023. Where we immediatly filled in all the forms to exit from the fund. He has been back numoures times to the offices in Bloemfontein to follow up on his claim. They said the fund will pay out on the 24th of March. Which did NOT happen. He again went back after that date which they just told him it will be paid out, its the 25th of April. NO FUNDS paid to him. They were eager to receive his contribution but now they have no problem taking their time. Its unexceptable!!!!
