Very poor service

Highly disappointed with the service received, we brought a tac belt 3 days ago and put it on for the FIRST time today and saw the belt didn’t fit (after the sales person said it would fit) , now they are refusing to swop the belt due to them saying the belt looks like it was worn for 4 days
