They don't want to refund me

Am disappointed in Hyper Store in Richards Bay Boardwalk Mall, I purchased a DVR and a hard drive, which the hard drive was since returned in February this year amounting to a total of R1,700.00 which they were support to refund me.

I have been going ups and downs, calling and sending messages for a refund and it has been more than 4 months and I still have not been paid back my R1.7k.

This is very disappointing, there is no good customer service in that store and definitely not going or recommending anyone to buy from them.
