Pathetic service Security Hyperstore

I purchased a gas gun from Security Hyperstore,Gateway on 3 October 2021 for R1500 after consulting with a worker from the store. Little did i know,that the gun would stuff up after 2 months with hardly any use at all. I went through to the same place and booked the gun in for repairs on 6 January 2022. I was then told i would get a call with regards to an update. That never came. So i decided to visit the store last week(10 May 2022) to do a follow up. The gun magazine had been fixed according to the lady that helped me but that wasn't the case. Truth be told,the gun magazine had been missings *****s and fittings and i refused taking it back and paying for the repairs in that terrible condition bearing in mind the gas gun was in a brand new condition.The lady then suggested that she will send it back for repairs but will call me and give me an update within 2 days and that didn't happen either. Today (16 May 2022)i visited the store to do another follow up ,only to be told that the guy that does repairs isn't well and they still don't have an update for me. Bare in mind all the inconvenience that i had to go through to be fed with nonsense. So i did mention to the lady that i refuse taking the gun back in that condition after buying in brand new! She did say that the only way she could help me is if i purchase another brand new magazine which i also refused. Imagine buying something brand new and it stuffs out within few months and when it does go for repairs , it returns worse of. So when i ask for a new gun,that couldnt be done. I asked for a refund,that even couldn't be done apparently. The only reason i purchased the gas gun from this particular establishment was because i thought i would get good service from a place like this but boy i was wrong! The service was absolutely pathetic and i will never buy anything nor will i recommend anyone to buy anything from this store unless you want to sit with a huge headache! I don't think that it is fair that i purchased it brand new and the store doesn't want to give me something for the same value nor do they want to do a refund. Absolutely shocking !
