NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!

I bought a Garage Door Motor from Security Hyper Store. Order \ Document Number : 124748 RDO0001 Centurion Roll Up Motor Kit Incl, Battery Remote. Purchased on the : 19 July 2017. Overport Branch.

I had it installed on the 22 July 2017. (Paid R1000 to install) I used it for 5 days until it started giving me issues, called the installed, he came in tested and advised me that the battery was faulty on the unit, He removed the unit. I took the unit back to Security hyperstore booked it in, it was fixed within 2 weeks. Got the installer again to fit the unit. The motor worked for a few days, gave issues again. Called installer again, he advised the battery was not charging, took out the unit gave to hyperstore, unit was replaced. Called installer again to have the unit installed, it worked for a few weeks then it started opening half way. Now i got my installer to remove the entire unit and take it back to Security Hype store, to have it checked, it been there for a few months now. They do not want to give me a credit note they advised the unit is now working, i told them i do not want the unit back. They can either give me a credit note or they can get someone to install the unit back again as i have spent alot of money just have the unit taken out and put back so many time. I paid R250 every time the installed came now i will need to pay R1000 to have the unit fitted again. This is terrible service !!! I will shop here again !!! The people that run this place have no business ethics they dont want worry about their client all they worry about is selling the product, service is pathetic !!! I just want a credit note.
