Lousy service - Gateway Branch

I will not be using this branch again. I sent in an item for repair the beginning of January 22 and did not get it back until the beginning of March 22. That was really not the main issue. The staff were useless at returning calls. I called numerous times only to be promised a call back that never happened EVER. So on top of waiting 2 months for a repair, I had to keep calling them to follow up with the repair company on when I would get my part back. In addition, no one notified me that the "book in fee" was an additional amount to the repair. And last but not least, the store then attempted to charge me R100 more than what was quoted, with the glib attitude that it was "ONLY R100". So useless staff, useless service and attempts to overcharge just because it was "only R100". Security Hyper, I would suggest you do some staff training or shuffling at your Gateway store.
