DO NOT BUY FROM SECURITY HYPERSTORE EVER

Please stay away from this company. I bought a Gun as a gift in the 18th July 2019. I then brought it back 12 days later as it was not working and was told first it needs to go and get fixed. Then they advised me they will give me another one, but all the others were faulty . I then requested a refund as i did not think they should be selling faulty items. it is now the 16 August and i have yet to receive money or a replacement gun that was a birthday present. I have gone out at my own expense and bought anther gift and am out of pocket. They keep passing me from pillar to post and have been enjoying the interest on my money from the 18th and the gun from the 30th of July and i have nothing. please stay away from this company. They have a customer care line that is never available.
