Do not be fooled by cheap prices- service is terrible!

I ordered a gate motor online, but within 2 hours of ordering, cancelled it. First they wanted to know why, and I explained that I ordered it for my dad, but he called shortly after to say he didn't need it. They then agreed to a refund, but said it will take 7 days (ridiculous, since when I needed to pay, I didn't get 7 days to do so). Seven days later, my refund was still not done. After emailing them, I was told they would look into it, but I heard nothing more from them, and repeated emails were unanswered. I eventually just logged a dispute with my bank. Stay AWAY!
