Disgusting Service!

Your service is disgusting! I placed an online order on Monday.

I have not heard a thing about my order since so I contacted you guys through the online chat (Thursday)

Apparently what I ordered from your site, is not longer available and you are waiting for an update from your supplier as to what woul dbe a suitable replacment product (We are on fors days at this point, and you are still waiting on your supplier)

You then suggest and alternative option, at I higher price and I must pay in the difference!

Still no confirmation yet as to when, or if ever my order will be delivered.
