Worste Experience ever at SECURITY EXPERTS IN ALBERTON

Non-extistent service at SECURITY EXPERTS in Alberton. They fail basically in every aspect. To them money is the main deciding factor and nothing else. We signed our contract and paid our deposit in Alberton with Security Experts to install Electric fencing and to manufacture and to install a motorised gate. They made all sorts of promisses, starting and completion dates but did not forfill any of that. After numerous calls to the so called sales person involved and the their offices, the office (lady) only provided excusses as to why the sales person is not available. The sales person did not have the decency to return my call . It is also understandable, he is still very young (totally inmature) with an additude it is a family business hence, I am a very important person. From an office point of view, it is so obvious the lady in charge she acts in the same fashion as the sales person. She would thumb suck, say things but has no knowledge regarding any progress concerning actual work on site. This particular project no one from SECURITY EXPERTS has shown any interset to excersice any supervision. They did not come near site from start to finish. We had to perform the supervision function, from start to finish. When we requested to speak to the MD of the company to explain the our concerns with regards to some outstanding issues, the answer was he is not available. They are so unprofesional, never in my life have I received such bad service as what I received from Security Experts. Please be very careful when dealing with Security Experts, I will highly discourage you to do so. Also view other reviews.
