Worst Security company ever - Security Experts South Africa

I called Security Experts to come and give us a quote at my parents house in Alberton (Raceview). I accepted the quote and had to pay 65% deposit which was R5057.00 (total incl. vat was R7,780.50).

I paid the deposit on 19/03/18 (R4,316.00) & 20 March'18 (R741.00).

I emailed them a week later asking them why did they not contact me yet to confirm an installation date for the gate motor...I told them this was an urgent job that I wanted done because I worry about my parents getting out of their car to open and lock the gate with a chain...they can get hijacked/****ed at any moment!

Long story short I cancelled the installation because I wasn't satisfied with the answer i was given by Angeline van Niekerk. Angeline told me there was a cancellation fee and I said that's fine I will pay it.

A week later I received a call from a technician telling me that he's on his way to the property to do the installation...but he does have the motor in stock that i paid for! I was very upset, I told him this installation was cancelled a week ago already because of bad communication and there's no way that he will install something else than what i paid for (he wanted to install a smaller gate motor)!

Till today my deposit is still not paid back to me...Angeline asked me for my banking details on 10 May'18 (when i said i'm reporting them) which was send via email, but no refunds as yet.

I'm from Natal so I can't just get into my car and go to their office and demand my money back :( :(
