VERY VERY BAD & HORRIBLE SERVICE

CUSTOMER SERVICE NON – EXISTANT THE WORSTE EXPERIENCE EVER AT SECURITY EXPERTS IN ALBERTON Customer service at Security Experts is non-existent. They failed to adhere to a scheduled appointment date/time. We signed our contract and paid our deposit in November 2016 with Security Experts to install our carport, they promised to do the installation on 23 December 2016 and nothing happened. We phoned Security Experts in Alberton in December to find out what is happening and was told that there guys will come on the 28 and 29 December 2016 but they never arrived again. They didn't even have the decency to phone we had to phone again. On the 3rd of January we went to their offices and spoke to the owner of the company and was assured that that job will be done in the next two weeks, again nothing happened. This is a very unprofessional way to do business! Someone from this company could at least call and inform us of what is going on and that the installers wouldn’t make it. I asked for a refund of my deposit several times, but my request was just ignored. You get NO feedback from the office whatsoever. I tried multiple times to speak to Herm**** the owner of Security Experts in Alberton but to no avail. We again phoned several times becauce the office never phone unless we phone them? This is now THREE MONTHS LATER AND STILL NOTHING HAPPENED. I was contacted by their office on Saturday 4th of January at 07h45 and told that their guys are leaving shortly to come and install the carport, I waited until 10h45 three hours later and phoned, I was told that the installers should be here at any time, I told them that we cannot wait for the guys because we have a lot of things to do, we left and came back at 11h30 and their the guys came without the DOME and few sheets of roof sheeting, we told them they cannot come and work at that time of the day because we have a lot of things to do. They are quick to take your money, but that's where it ends. No service, No Communication, after that. I Will definitely not recommend this company! This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. THREE MONTHS LATER AND STILL NO CARPORT.
