VERY BAD SERVICE FROM SECURITY SERVICES

<p>I phoned Security Experts in Alberton in December to quote on a roof over a patio. I accepted the quote and they promised to do the installation on 28/29 Dedember 2016. They even advertised on their website that they are open during the December holidays. I paid a R9400.00 deposit, but they never arrived on 28 or 29 December 2016. They didn't even have the decency to phone. On the 25th of December I received an SMS to inform me that their last working day was 23 December 2016. I asked for a refund of my deposit several times, but my request was just ignored. You get NO feedback from the office whatsoever. I tried multiple times to speak to Mr. JP van Niekerk (CEO), but to no avail. I was promised a solar security light because of their administrative incompetence, but it was never even installed. They never return calls or sort out problems and or queries.</p> <p> </p>
