VERY BAD SERVICE

<p>Never in my life have I received such bad service as what I have received from Security Experts. I waited 8 weeks for my security gate. Four appointments were made by them to come install the gate and 4 times nobody showed up nor phoned me to tell me they are not going to make it. Many attempts were made to speak to the owner, Herm**** van Niekerk, but he is never available nor did he call me back as I requested. The sales rep, Dawie Fourie, also had no further interest to resolve this once the paperwork has been signed and the huge deposit of 65% has been paid. Eventually, when my gate was installed, I saw that the quality of workmanship is as bad as their service. The gate is skew, the decorative items on the gate are not lining up with some being higher than others and the cut-out that was done for the lock looked like it was done by a 3 year old. When the gate was eventually installed it was a mission in itself as the gate was made too big for the opening and had to be cut on site in order to fit. Although the Sales rep, Dawie Fourie, contacted me to find out if the gate has been installed and I informed him of these faults. He told me he will come back to me to rectify he lock cut-out. I even sent him a photo to which he agreed it is not correct and he will contact me the next day to discuss. I am still waiting for him to come back to me on this and doubt if he will as there are no outstanding monies to be paid by me.</p> <p>Please be very careful when dealing with Security Experts if you are still willing to do business with them, something I would highly discourage you to do.</p>
