<p>Dealing with Security Experts has been a tedious and furstrating process. Once the 65% deposit has been paid, we battled to get them out to actually start work. Had to sit and wait for them 3 days, only to be advised late morning that "sorry", they can't make it for today. none of the office based staff seemed to care to follow up with us or communicate properly. Eventually the work was completed (due to an excellent on site team) . We paid the remaining balance of the quoted amount (as the poor employees are not allowed to leave the premises if not paid) with a promise that we will receive the certificate of compliance soon. Since the 21st of April 2017 we have been following up and still no COC received! Their whole attitude seems to be: You paid us, so not our problem anymore! I will discourage anybody from doing business with Security Experts.</p>
