threatening and rude team manager and rep

<p>My Rep for getting a quote to build a carport was charming and attentive until I signed the quote. Thats where it ended - he never responded to my smses, he failed to brief staff on my specific requirements so what I was expecting was not delivered he took the wrong meaurements, My carport does not represent what I was expecting and some areas sho shoddy workmansip. The team manager was threatening and agressive - never allowed anyone to talk. was so threatening that when neighbour heard panic in my voice he came over to assist. I wish I had looked on Hello Peter before signing up with them. It was an expensive car port I paid for but the service was shocking, despite the contrary of all they say about themselves on their webpage. Be warned it seems many others have had the same challenges. I smsed the owner/director this a.m. and it is now 6 hours later - no respone. I suspect they will not honour their side of the agreement made.</p>
