Threatened

This company does not communicate with the customer at any level. The workers are dropped off on site with out proper supervision or instruction. They arrive late during the day to do the work and continuously run out of material and even had to loan my tools to complete the job. The quality of the work is shoddy. When I complained and informed them that the final payment will not be made as my time is being consumed to manage their workers. I was promised a project manager will be on site (Chris). Once again he just dropped workers off without enough material. When the job was complete and I refused to pay Jaco threatened me abusive language and physical violence if we did not pay. My wife was then phoned by a lady in the office with the same attitude. We were told that they new where we lived and would send out the whole company to sort this out. I should have done a HelloPeter search before using this company. Absolutely pathetic....Jaco I am still waiting waiting for you !!!! Big mouth
