Terrible service

I had a terrible experience... They welded the decals on the wrong side of a sliding gate and forgot to put it on the other. The idiot at their reception told me if they fix the gate it wont be as good as before and that is my choice... I explained that if i buy a new car and there is something wrong they do to it... I STILL WANT A NEW CAR CAUSE THAT'S WHAT I PAID FOR! They pitched 3 weeks late and then took everything off to fix and took another 3 weeks. YET THEY INSIST ON YOU PAYING A LARGE DEPOSIT WHEN THE CREW EVENTUALLY ARRIVES. They already have your money so they dont give a damn! They are brilliant at telling you the boss is in a meeting and they will phone you back... IT NEVER HAPPENS! They tell you they will come install Thursday but they never pitch... then i phone and complain and there's some lame excuse that the truck broke down but I'm first on the list on Tuesday... Then they never pitch!!!! The installation crew were very good and I could see the embarrassment on the poor dudes face... The driver that dropped them only fetched them at 8-30 at night... I felt so sorry for them i gave them a bottle of creamsoda and a loaf of bread...
