Terrible customer service and arrogance

I got Security Experts out to repair my electric fence. The team were 1,5hrs late and didnt work but asked for a call out fee of R500. Stewart (Ops Manager) came the following day to quote me on the repairs to the fence.. it started out at about R3700, I approved the work and the guys started working. Later in the day they decided the electric box didnt work so I needed to buy a new one. Another R3500 excluding VAT, eventually got a cheaper reconditioned one but had to give them my old one. I was extremely upset as I had had asked Stewart to check the box when he originally quoted. Anyway Stewart talked over me all the time, interrupted non stop. He claimed that they give preferential treatment to new customers not 'repair' customers. He spoke to me like I was stupid and dishonest. He was arrogant and rude. We asked him to stay to make sure the fence was working properly but he would not. He issued a Compliance Certificate on a non working fence and after two weeks of constant calls asking them to come out and fix the fence we are still waiting. The receptionist is as rude ..seems the company culture. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
