Teribble Service/ dishonest

<p>I herewith wish to express my utter disappointment in the service which we have received from Security Experts. Upon selling their product to us, we were guaranteed of the best service at the best time frame. On the contrary, we received the opposite. Firstly, the installation was not completed as promise. I do understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances occur and one is not always able to deliver as promised. I just feel that it is common decency to let the client know that you are encountering problems and that you will not be able to deliver in due time…………not just keep quiet and not show up. Secondly, I was present when you promised my husband two (2) light under the carport, none was installed. When my husband called their company to enquire about same, the lady who answered the telephone (Tanya), answered him in a very inappropriate way. Words which I do not wish to repeat. If I knew that this is the way their staff speaks to customers, we would never have purchased their product. If our money was good enough, then we should have received the service to match the monies worth. We have decided to rather not take the “free light” which the lady so explicitly highlighted. We would rather keep our dignity and respect than to have “ free”’ stuff and be degraded and insulted. I wrote an e-mail to them to complain about the service on 10/07 and have to date not heard a word from them. No “free light’ seeing that we paid of R17,800 cash the very same night that the sales rep visited us. No apology, nothing. Don’t use these people. They deliver bad service and the staff are rude to customers who complain.</p>
