Shocking Work

My fault for not doing a Hello Peter search before contacting them, however the damage is done. Initially Jaco was attentive but once the money had been paid, they became illusive, Chris, Rochelle, Jaco and Angeline did not meet any of the promised delivery dates and would not return my calls. For the last 6 weeks I have had every excuse you can think off and when I cancelled the order this morning I was told by Jaco that they will hold a 65% cancellation fee, apparently I should have read the contract, well sorry Jaco I did, I told you I am a Project Manager for a large construction company. I have contact them on numerous occasions and the owner Herm**** Van Neikerk cell number ***, who at first was in interviews and when I eventually got hold of him became arrogant and said that he would accept a 25% cancellation fee, which I do not accept. I was also told he knows how to run a R 36 Million Rand company and does not have time to write books as I have been writing him emails all day today. It is my strongest opinion that this companies survives on cancellation fees.
